Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 8vk platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 8vk. Please read this section carefully before proceeding.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8vk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8vk website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and all associated services available at 8vk.club.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply accessing any portion of the 8vk platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You accept that these Terms may be updated periodically, and that continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms;

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 8vk is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is a core part of the account process, and 8vk enforces this requirement without exception.

To be eligible to register and use the 8vk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 8vk does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You must not already hold an existing active or previously suspended 8vk account. Each individual may hold only one account on the 8vk platform.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. Opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any voluntary or enforced gambling restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on this platform.

Age Verification

8vk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Account access and withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of any age verification check. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. 8vk will not pay winnings to any player found to be underage.

Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold exactly one account on the 8vk platform. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on 8vk, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and preferred payment method information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 8vk is not liable for any issue arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your account.

Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account. 8vk will never contact you to ask for your password by any channel, including email or live chat. If you receive any such request purporting to be from 8vk, you should report it to our support team immediately.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on 8vk. If 8vk discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — all associated accounts may be suspended, any bonuses claimed across those accounts may be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus play across multiple accounts may be confiscated. Where fraud is suspected, 8vk reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Account Security

We strongly recommend that all players enable OTP (one-time password) verification for logins and withdrawals. You should also use a strong, unique password for your 8vk account and never reuse a password from another service. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 8vk support immediately via live chat so that we can suspend access and investigate.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 8vk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8vk supports a range of local payment methods designed to provide fast, convenient access for players across Bangladesh.

8vk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 8vk is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 8vk, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your 8vk account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 8vk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. 8vk aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Players who have claimed bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.

Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals on 8vk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. 8vk does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on 8vk are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering.

General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 8vk platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. All bets are final at the moment of acceptance. 8vk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event that was suspended or cancelled, or placed as a result of a technical error on the platform.

Sports Betting — Cricket & Other Sports

Cricket betting on 8vk covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral Bangladesh Tigers series, and other major international cricket fixtures. Markets are available pre-match and, where specified, in-play. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at 8vk's discretion — for example during rain delays, DRS reviews, or network issues. Bets accepted before a market suspension stand unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

Other sports available on 8vk may include football, kabaddi, hockey, and tennis. The availability of specific sports and markets is subject to change and is determined by 8vk at its sole discretion.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on 8vk are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer environments, as applicable. 8vk does not modify game outcomes in any way. Any malfunction in a game voids the associated play and any associated stake is returned to the player.

Crash & Instant Games

Crash games, Plinko, fishing arcade titles, and other instant-win formats operate under their own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the mechanics of each game before wagering real funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

8vk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus offered on 8vk is subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated funds is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page before the player opts in. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements prior to accepting any bonus.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors to generate artificial wagers, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will have their bonuses voided, their account suspended, and any winnings generated through abusive behaviour confiscated. 8vk takes bonus integrity seriously and actively monitors for patterns consistent with abuse.

Seasonal Promotions

8vk may offer seasonal promotions tied to major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, as well as local cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Specific terms for seasonal promotions will be published on the platform at the time of each offer and are subject to these general bonus terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Certain actions are strictly prohibited on the 8vk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account action, up to and including permanent suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using 8vk:

• Underage use: Accessing or attempting to access 8vk while under the age of 18, or assisting any person under 18 to access the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on 8vk, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits; providing false identity information; or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your 8vk account.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner without the express written consent of 8vk.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to achieve outcomes that would not occur in a fair and independent game or betting environment, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play manipulation.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of known software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable platform error will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the 8vk platform as a mechanism for money laundering, proceeds of crime placement, or any other financial crime. 8vk is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8vk support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

8vk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time.

Suspension by 8vk

8vk may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms, if suspicious activity is detected, if a player is found to be underage, or if regulatory or compliance obligations require it. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 8vk will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8vk support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 72 hours of the confirmed request.

Self-Exclusion

8vk supports responsible gaming through its self-exclusion programme. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and the player cannot deposit, bet, or access the gaming sections of the platform. Effect of Closure or Suspension

Upon account closure or suspension, these Terms continue to govern any outstanding obligations between you and 8vk, including any pending transactions, unresolved disputes, or compliance matters. Clauses relating to prohibited conduct, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive account closure and remain in full effect.

Limitation of Liability & General Provisions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8vk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, delays in payment processing, or service interruptions. 8vk's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8vk platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, and written materials — is the intellectual property of 8vk or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any 8vk content without express written permission.

Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the 8vk Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall take precedence over any translation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
